The FECBOP adopts a series of strategies to fulfil its goals.

• Represent, thanks to the creation of a European network, all the Centres for bilan de compétences, guidance and career counselling with European institutions or social and economic partners in the field of training and vocational guidance
• Pursue the adoption of a labelling procedure for high quality performances
• Start research and studies concerning European priorities
• Define and adopt an international dynamic supporting professionalism and development of the Centres within its members.
