Ensuring appropriate solutions to individuals and organisations' needs in a ever evolving labour market.
Individuals, institutions and public or private bodies wish to collaborate - in their geographical area - with high-level Centres for bilan de compétences, guidance and career counselling.
The European quality label created and managed by the FECBOP meets this request.
The European quality label
- prevents from confusion in using the words "bilan de competences",
- supports the continuing professionnal improvement of the Centres for bilan de compétence,
- identifies the Centres for bilan de compétence caracterised by excellent performances due to quality and deontology in their practises,
- ensures that clients - both individuals and institutions - can share their needs with qualified staff in order to receive specific and appropriate solutions to their requests.
